Refund Policy for using Read PDF Aloud premium features.

At Read PDF Aloud, we want to ensure you have the best experience with our premium voices. If you change your mind after a purchase, we offer a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
The 14-Day Window: Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Credits Unused: The credits from the specific order you are requesting a refund for remain entirely unused.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
To prevent abuse of our services, we cannot issue a refund if:
Credits Consumed : Any portion of the credits from that specific transaction has been used. For example, if you purchase 100 credits and use even 1 credit, the entire order becomes non-refundable.
Outside the Window: The request is made after 14 days from the purchase date.
Examples
Scenario A: You purchase $1.99 for 100 credits on Jan 1st. You do not use any credits. If you request a refund on Jan 14th, your refund will be approved.
Scenario B: You purchase $1.99 for 100 credits on Jan 1st. You immediately use 1 credit to test a premium voice. If you request a refund on Jan 2nd, your refund will be declined because the service has already been partially consumed.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria, please contact us at dkphhh@foxmail.com with your order details (such as the email address used for purchase, User ID, and Transaction ID). We will process your request within 3-5 business days.
